Characteristics
1. This production line covering the cooking of adhesive material, mixing of dry & adhesive materials, forming & cooling & cutting, metal detecting, pillow packaging. Melting and cooking are combined together in one electromagnetic pot, adhesive materials cook more quickly.
2.This production line dry & adhesive materials will be mixed in the Single shaft horizontal mixer, mixing mor evenly.
3.This production line applies the three-roll-feeding-hopper to spread the material evenly.
4. This production line adopts fan-cooling to achieve evenly.
5.This production line adopts the vertical/transverse cutting intergrated cutter-head, the cutting size is accurate.
6.This production line adopts fully automatic pillow packaging, adding separating rollers to fast separate and sort the bars, high-speed packaging.
